羟考酮用于阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停患者的术后镇痛

目的通过对比研究羟考酮和舒芬太尼在中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征（OSA）患者术后镇痛效果及不良反应，来探讨羟考酮用于中重度阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征患者行悬雍垂腭咽成形术（UPPP）的安全性及有效性。方法选取2023年8月至2025年8月经多导睡眠监测（PSG）确诊为中、重度OSA且经我院耳鼻喉专业医师评估择期行全身麻醉下UPPP术的患者73例，采用随机数字表法分为羟考酮组（Ⅱ组）和舒芬太尼组（Ⅰ组），羟考酮组37例，舒芬太尼组36例。Ⅰ组予以舒芬太尼1.5 μg/kg，Ⅱ组予以羟考酮0.9 mg/kg，

A study on influence of preoperative education of patients-controlled analgesia devices

[目的]探讨3种术前教育方法对自控镇痛病人的影响。[方法]随机抽取腹部手术后使用自控镇痛泵的病人90例,分为对照组、实验1组、实验2组,每组30例。对照组由麻醉医师进行术前教育,介绍自控镇痛泵的使用方法。实验1组采用口头宣教方式进行术前教育。实验2组病人采用自控镇痛术前教育手册进行术前教育,并进行个别指导。[结果]实验1组、实验2组能减少PCA镇痛药物的消耗量;副反应发生率有降低趋势;病人的镇痛满意度提高。[结论]口头教育和手册教育均能够有效地帮助病人使用PCA泵,提高镇痛效果。
