糖尿病肾脏病(diabetic kidney disease,DKD)是糖尿病最严重的慢性并发症之一,是终末期肾脏病的重要原因。随着全球糖尿病患者不断增加,DKD的发病率也随之升高[1]。DKD的发病机制至今尚未阐明,因此探讨DKD的发病机制及寻找有效的防治策略是众多学者研究领域的热点。近年来研究提示肾小管损伤可能在DKD的发生、发展中有着关键作用[2],肾小管损伤及间质纤维化可能较肾小球病变更有临床意义。本文拟从发病机制、病理诊断及治疗进展3个方面介绍DKD肾小管损伤研究进展。
