焦炭与不锈钢耦合阴极的电化学水软化性能研究

以304不锈钢网作为外层支撑床,锯齿不锈钢网作为内部支撑结构,在复合锯齿网的锯齿空隙中填充焦炭,制备了一种由焦炭与不锈钢两种材料耦合的填充床电极,用于解决电化学水软化阴极无法长期高效运行的问题。探究了最优的电极结构参数,结果表明,在阴阳极间距、外层平网孔径和表观电流密度分别为1.5 cm、20目、80 A/m2时,电极对总硬度为700 mg/L的模拟循环冷却水的软化速率达到最佳,为46.873 g/(m2·h)。当电极表面被垢层覆盖导致软化速率大幅下降时,通过振动方式对电极进行再生,研究了电极的使用寿命,

电解催化氧化法处理含酚废水技术及机理研究

以聚合前驱体方法制备了Ti/SnO2平板电极,用SEM和XRD表征了电极表面涂层形貌及结构。以自制Ti/SnO2电极为阳极,电解催化氧化法处理100 mg/L的含酚废水,试验表明电催化系统能够产生羟基自由基,自制Ti/SnO2电极具有良好的催化活性和使用寿命。当电流密度为0.01 A/cm2、极板间距为14 mm、初始pH为4,电解催化时间50 min后,出水苯酚去除率几乎为100%。

Influence of an additive on electrochemical behavior of alkaline zinc electrode(添加剂对碱性锌电极电化学行为的影响)

本文采用电流-时间曲线、电化学阻抗谱、极化曲线和扫描电子显微镜等方法,研究了二甲胺基环氧丙烷对锌在碱性锌酸盐溶液中电化学行为的影响。研究结果表明:添加剂对可充锌电极的枝晶生长有较好的抑制作用,且随着其含量的增加,抑制效果增强;在高阴极极化区,添加剂自电极表面脱附,失去对锌枝晶生长的抑制作用。

本发明涉及一种用于锂硫电池的一体化电极及其制备方法,所述一体化电极是由集流体和集流体上原位生长的碳硫复合物构成,其中碳硫复合物是由导电碳材料及填充于碳材料孔结构中的单质硫组成,单质硫占碳硫复合物的质量百分比为10~95%,单质硫在集流体上的担量为0.1~5mg/cm2。该一体化电极工艺上简单,容易实现。通过该方法制备的电极能够明显降低集流体与碳硫复合物间的接触电阻,提高活性物质硫的利用率,而且该一体化电极不需要添加任何粘结剂,避免了由于粘结剂的稳定性带来的电池循环稳定差的问题,节省了成本 ...

掺杂Fe-PbO2电极的制备及其对酚类废水降解性能研究

采用阳极恒电流电沉积技术制备不锈钢基PbO2电极及掺杂Fe-PbO2电极。采用XRD、SEM、EDS等方法对电极的物相结构、表面形貌、元素组成进行了表征和分析,对PbO2电极及掺杂Fe-PbO2电极电催化氧化酚类模拟废水的降解率进行研究,结果表明:掺杂Fe-PbO2电极表面形貌及衍射强度发生不同程度的改变,添加的Fe3+可能进入了表层内部,掺杂Fe-PbO2电极较普通的PbO2电极对酚类废水具有更好的电催化氧化降解性能。
