处理含活性染料印染废水用凹土的改性技术研究

通过凹土对以活性艳蓝KN-R、活性艳红X-3B为代表的活性染料的吸附脱色研究, 探讨了处理含活性染料印染废水用凹土的有机改性技术及工艺参数。研究发现, 活性染料去除率随着有机改性剂中碳含量的增加而增加, 改性效果排序为:STAC>CPB>CTAB>DTAC>TPA>TEA;考虑技术经济指标, 优选CPB为有机改性剂;改性比为9%时, 20 mL染料溶液中投加0.1 g CPB改性凹土对两种活性染料去除率均较高。
