Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2021 桥本甲状腺炎(HT)是最常见的自身免疫性甲状腺疾病(AITD),主要表现为甲状腺功能减退,病因与自身免疫功能紊乱相关,部分患者可合并其他自身免疫性疾病,如自身免疫性肾病、系统性红斑狼疮、干燥综合征、类风湿关节炎等。当AITD伴有蛋白尿时称为AITD肾病,其病理类型多为膜性肾病,伴IgA肾病(IgAN)报道不多,本文报道1例桥本甲状腺炎伴IgA肾病的病例,以期为临床实践提供参考。
