西双版纳三县市两栖爬行动物多样性

为掌握生物多样性优先区域的生物多样性状况与威胁因素,开展了西双版纳景洪市、勐海县和勐腊县的两栖爬行类多样性调查与评估。2019年5月、8月、10月和2020年1月、8月,以样线样点法野外调查为主、访问调查与文献调查为辅的方法,共记录两栖类76种,隶属3目10科39属;爬行类88种,隶属2目20科62属。G-F指数结果表明景洪市、勐海县和勐腊县的爬行动物更为丰富;三县市两栖爬行动物的分布型主要为东洋型,区系组成为华南比例高,而且特有种数量也较多,反映两栖爬行动物区系成分性质明晰,物种分化迅速的特点 ...

秦岭南麓中、东段小型兽类多样性及分布特征

沿海拔梯度选取不同植被群落的12个样地,通过陷阱及铗日法对秦岭南麓中、东段不同群落中小型兽类物种多样性及分布进行调查,累计2 968个工作日,捕获小型兽类2目6科21种,266只,平均捕获率711%。香农-维纳指数和均匀度指数显示,物种多样性在栎林落叶阔叶林最高,农耕带最低。秦岭中段物种多样性呈现出较为明显的中海拔分布格局,而东段的分布格局不甚明显。此外,两区域常见种存在差异,中段主要为中华姬鼠(Apodemus draco)和四川短尾鼩(Anourosorex squamipes),而东段为大林姬鼠(
