模块化多电平变换器(MMC)的电热耦合模型对于系统结温监测、可靠性分析、寿命预测等具有重要意义。文中提出了一种合理简化的模块化多电平变换器电热耦合模型,首先基于后退欧拉法,建立MMC子模块的等效电路;然后根据戴维南电路等效方法,建立了三相MMC等效电路;其次,根据器件损耗特性和热阻抗特性建立MMC的电热耦合模型;最后,通过仿真和实验结果,验证了所提MMC电热耦合模型的正确性,该模型可以用来做MMC特性研究和可靠性分析。

模块化多电平动态电压补偿器的控制策略研究

提出一种模块化多电平结构应用于动态电压补偿器的新技术。模块化多电平结构易扩展,便于实现,且具有公共直流母线,能够实现四象限运行。文中对模块化多电平动态电压补偿器的拓扑结构和工作特性进行介绍和理论分析。通过对几种补偿策略、子模块电容电压控制策略和MMC逆变单元调制策略的对比介绍,提出了适用于模块化多电平动态电压补偿器的同相补偿、子模块电容电压分层控制和载波移相PWM调制的控制策略。利用PSCAD软件搭建仿真模型,通过仿真分析,验证了模块化多电平动态电压补偿器控制策略的有效性和可行性。
