轻型模块化建筑楼盖因柔度大、质量轻等特性,易产生人致振动舒适度问题。文中基于两种构造形式的模块化建筑楼盖实测数据,结合有限元模拟方法,深入研究骨架构造、泡沫混凝土填充及覆面层构造等因素对楼盖频率与振动加速度的影响规律,分析各因素的作用机理和相互影响关系,并提出提升楼盖振动性能的合理建议。结果表明:轻型楼盖的振动性能受其骨架构造和面层构造的共同作用;楼盖构造参数的变化主要通过改变楼盖质量和刚度,对自振频率和人致振动响应产生影响。在仅角部支撑的边界条件下,提升边梁刚度有助于改善轻型楼盖的振动控制效果 ...

基于模块墙轻钢-混凝土框架结构体系,提出了一种适用于该结构的轻钢-混凝土组合柱-H型钢梁节点。为研究此节点的力学性能,对三组梁柱节点试件进行了单调加载试验。试验结果表明,在梁端单调荷载作用下,节点呈现出明显的半刚性特征。破坏表现为型钢拼合柱翼缘的屈服变形和混凝土的开裂,并随着顶角钢弯曲变形过大和加劲肋焊缝开裂而导致节点失效。采用ABAQUS有限元软件进行了精细化模拟。有限元模型的变形过程和破坏特征与试验结果相吻合。考虑H型钢梁截面高度、C型钢厚度和角钢厚度三个关键参数,进行了参数化分析。结果显示 ...
