目的探讨健康成年人外周血激活素A与卵泡休止素的关系及其在疾病状态下的变化。方法采用放射免疫测定（RIA）检测健康成年人及患者外周血激活素A水平,酶联免疫吸附试验（ELISA）检测健康成年人及患者外周血卵泡休止素水平。结果健康成年人外周血激活素A水平变化与年龄成正相关,随年龄的增加,激活素A水平增高;卵泡休止素与激活素变化相似,也随年龄增加而升高;外周血卵泡休止素水平与激活素水平变化正相关,r=0.86。卵巢癌、肾功能不全患者血中激活素A水平明显升高 ...

Dieulafoy病19例临床诊断分析

目的　探讨Dieulafoy病发病情况、诊断及治疗方法。方法　回顾性分析2019例Dieulafoy病的临床表现、诊断、治疗方法及疗效。结果　全部病例均是突发上消化道大出血20;初次胃镜检查确诊2012例20（620320220%20）20,第二次检查确诊4例20,术中探查确诊203例20;13例经一次内镜下止血成功20,1例经二次内镜下止血成功20,4例行外科手术。结论　急诊胃镜是诊断Dieulafoy病首选方法20;治疗首选内镜下止血20,内镜下止血不成功20,立刻外科手术。

摘要： （免费在线浏览）介入治疗是治疗先天性心脏病的一种有效方法，它具有创伤小、患儿恢复快、住院时间短等优点，临床上广泛采用。传统的止血方法是拔出鞘管后，在敷料外放置砂袋压迫止血，术后要求患儿至少卧床休息12h，以防止局部血肿。长时间制动患儿难以坚持，且砂袋压迫下肢循环恢复慢，也可能增加血栓形成的几率。我科从2006年起，改进止血方法，进行手术700余例，效果满意 ...
