哮喘患儿外周血CD25 与IFN-γ的水平变化及其相关性研究
Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 2002 目的】探讨哮喘患儿外周血分化群(CD)25 与IFN-γ的水平变化及其两者在急性发作期的相互关系。【方法】 应用流式细胞仪(FCM)检测发作期、缓解期和正常小儿外周血的CD25+细胞数, 应用生物素-亲合素双抗体夹心酶联免疫吸 附分析术(ABC-ELISA)测定IFN-γ水平。【结果】哮喘缓解期CD25+细胞数(4.13 ±2.20)%和正常对照组(4.11 ±1.82)% 比较无显著性差异, P >0.05, 哮喘发作期CD25 +细胞数(8.61 ±3.30)%显著高于正常对照组和缓解组, P

在多速率BPSK/DBPSK软件解调中多普勒频偏矫正的一种方法
四川大学学报. 自然科学版, 2001 介绍了用于多速率ＢＰＳＫ／ＤＢＰＳＫ软件化解调中的一种多普勒频偏矫正方法．该方法综合利用频率扫描和ＡＦＣ环及ＰＬＬ等频偏矫正方法，能有效估计和矫正达几十倍甚至几百倍码速的频偏，并能兼顾不同的码速和ＢＰＳＫ，ＤＢＰＳＫ两种不同的调制方式，从而解决了在多速率ＢＰＳＫ／ＤＢＰＳＫ信号软件化整体解调过程中多普勒频偏的矫正问题．将该方法用于多速率ＢＰＳＫ／ＤＢＰＳＫ信号软件化整体解调的计算机仿真实验，收到了良好的效果．

Guangtongxin yanjiu, 2016 为了提高光纤光栅解调仪表的速度与精度,提出了一种双边沿解调及非线性修正方法对PZT（压电陶瓷）的迟滞效应进行补偿。通过对PZT两端电压的上升、下降沿同时采集数据并进行交叉解调的方式,在提高解调速度的同时有效地消除了迟滞效应。利用1个10探测点的C波段光栅对该修正方法进行检验,修正效果较为理想,各波长的解调误差小于±5pm。
