Influencing Factors of Residual Stress of Ti-6.5Al-1Mo-1V-2Zr Alloy by Laser Rapid Forming Process

Gaoya dianqi换流变压器阀侧套管作为电力设备中的关键部件，其安全运行对电力系统的可靠性至关重要。为探究地震作用对换流变压器阀侧套管温度场的影响，文中建立了±800 kV换流变压器及套管体系的精细化有限元仿真分析模型，开展换流变阀侧套管地震响应分析，研究震后阀侧套管表带触指型电连接结构的残余变形与残余应力，基于电连接结构接触电阻计算公式计算接触电阻，分析震后阀侧套管的温度变化。结果表明：触指叶片在地震作用下产生残余变形，接触应力下降，接触电阻上升。由于表带触指的环形结构导致不同位置叶片的变形程度不一致 ...
