逆向-并向流卧式气浮器结构优化的数值模拟

逆向-并向流卧式气浮器具有气泡与絮体碰撞和黏附接触效率高、结合成的泡絮体稳定等优点,采用欧拉多相流模型和realizable k-ε湍流模型进行流体动力学(CFD)数值模拟,研究了结构参数和运行参数对其内部流态和流场的影响。模拟结果表明,挡流板高度为1 000 mm,并向接触区的距离为250 mm,溶气口1到左壁面距离为90 mm、溶气口2到左壁面距离为340 mm,气泡直径为30 μm,回流比为10%时,逆向-并向流卧式气浮器的流态和流场分布合理,气浮除油环境极佳。

爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙研究

为了解决架空输电线路的雷击问题,研制了一种对建弧率有强烈抑制效果的爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙装置,使雷电流通过闪络路径流入大地,同时喷射出大量高压、高速电负性气体迅速熄灭工频续流电弧。建立了爆炸强气流耦合工频电弧的数学模型,运用有限元分析软件AUTODYN分别对爆炸气流场和耦合气流场进行仿真。进行了爆炸强气流截断工频续流电弧试验,并借助摄像机和示波器模拟记录输电线路雷击时灭弧防雷间隙中工频续流电弧的发展变化情况。试验结果表明,爆炸强气流灭弧防雷间隙能在0.4 ms内完全熄灭电弧并抑制重燃。

供气式气液双喷嘴射流器的充氧性能研究

以供气式气液双喷嘴射流器为研究对象,采用不稳定状态下的清水充氧性能试验,考察了射流水量(Q水)、气量(Q气)、射流器喷嘴口径(D)和安装高度(H)等因素对其性能的影响,得出了影响该射流器工作性能的主次因素顺序为:H→Q水→D→Q气。在较佳工作条件下(即射流器安装高度为5m、喷嘴直径为25mm、气水比为1.4),理论动力效率可达3.23kg/(kW·h)。
