零区气流场对湍流模型参数C1e敏感度的仿真分析

井下涡流工具排水采气机理研究

涡流工具排液是一种新型气井排水采气工艺。目前国内外针对井下涡流工具的室内及现场试验,仅获得部分宏观工作特性,缺乏深入的理论研究,具体排液机理不够清晰,限制了该工艺的推广应用。鉴于此,采用有限元分析方法建立涡流工具气液两相螺旋流动的数值模型,并借助CFD软件对其流动过程进行仿真。通过流动规律的预测及分析,确定出井下涡流工具排水采气机理。研究结果表明,涡流工具可形成螺旋上升的管壁液膜流和快速上升的中心气核流动;引发的高速螺旋涡流,有效降低了气液流动阻力,提升了采气速度,同时增强了气流的携液能力 ...
