Research on methods for determination of diazepam residue in animal original food(动物源性食品中地西泮残留量的检测方法研究)

采用高效液相色谱法(HPLC)、气相色谱质谱联用法(GC-MS/MS)以及液相色谱质谱联用法(HPLCMS/ MS)测定动物源性食品中镇静剂类药物地西泮的残留量。将样品均质粉碎后,经乙腈提取,固相萃取小柱净化后上机检测,外标法定量。实验证明,当固相萃取的洗脱液中甲醇与乙酸溶液的体积比为70:30 时,洗脱效率最高。在不同仪器条件下,地西泮在各自浓度范围内的线性关系良好,相关系数(r2) 均大于0.999,回收率在 84.6%~ 101.7%,相对标准偏差(RSD) 在0.52%~9.44% (n=3 ...

Determination of eight volatile benzene series compounds in soil or sediment by headspace-gas chromatography(顶空气相色谱法测定土壤或底泥中的八种苯系物)

为快速、准确监测环境土壤或底泥中苯系物的含量,建立了一种顶空气相色谱法同时测定土壤或底泥中8种苯系物的方法.采用Nukol毛细管气相色谱柱实现了各组分的良好分离,优化了色谱条件,顶空进样条件.在优化条件下,8种苯系物在13 min内能实现完全分离,在10~500 µg • kg-1浓度范围内组分含量与峰面积呈线性相关,相关系数为0.990 6~0.995 7,检出限为2 µg • kg-1,回收率为94%~114%,相对标准偏差为2.4%~5.2%(n =3).结果表明,建立的顶空气相色谱法简单快速 ...

采用超临界CO2流体萃取(SFE)和气相色谱\质谱联用提取测定了烟丝中的挥发性成分.对超临界萃取过程中的影响因素包括萃取压力、温度、萃取夹带剂等条件结合萃取物测定得到的气相色谱-质谱图进行综合考察,确定了适宜的萃取条件.与传统的蒸馏萃取法比较,超临界CO2流体萃取提取物中含较多的松油醇、烷烃、烟碱等物质.

Analysis of the aromatic compositions in Longjing Teas(龙井茶的香气成分分析与比较)
