本实验用放射气相色谱/质谱联用技术,测定了脑室注射眼镜蛇神经毒素(CT,2μg/只)后对小鼠脑内大脑皮层、丘脑及下丘脑等脑区的乙酰胆碱(ACh)、胆碱(Ch)、KACh及乙酰胆碱更新率(TRACh)的影响。结果显示,各脑区的ACh、Ch及KACh均无显著变化,但下丘脑的TRACH比对照组明显下降,提示下丘脑的胆碱能神经元活动受到CT的抑制。

C4F7N气体由于具有优良的绝缘性能,作为典型的SF6替代气体受到本领域广泛关注。文中针对C4F7N-CO2混合气体多次击穿放电后的性能劣化现象,在针板电极下开展了不同配比条件下C4F7N-CO2混合气体的工频电压击穿试验,并利用气相色谱质谱联用仪来检测混合气体多次击穿放电后的分解物。通过研究发现:C4F7N-CO2混合气体多次击穿电压会出现劣化现象,此外,随着C4F7N-CO2混合气体击穿次数增多,分解产物六氟乙烷C2F6明显增多,其他几种杂质的含量相对较少,CF2=CFCN、CF3CHFCN ...
