Gaoya dianqi, 2017 针对某变电站110 kV HGIS设备多次出现的异响及局部放电异常现象,结合局部放电超声波检测、局放典型图谱分析、SF6气体成分分析、粉末成分分析及解体过程情况,分析得出是HGIS内部悬浮电位放电引起,其原因为传动轴和绝缘子嵌件内槽尺寸设计为过渡配合且传动轴侧绝缘子挡板采用非固定设计,为设计原因引起的设备家族性缺陷。在分析该HGIS设备家族缺陷特征信息后,提出了下一步处理及预防措施,可为气体绝缘金属封闭组合电器设备管理、家族缺陷认定提供参考与借鉴。
