随着金属氧化物避雷器在电力系统中广泛应用,由于老化、受潮、环境污秽等原因造成其损坏的故障时有发生。针对一起500 kV线路避雷器异常发热的缺陷,通过带电检测、停电检测和解体试验分析查明事故原因为避雷器下法兰位置未设置排水孔,导致防爆板长期暴露在酸性雨水环境中生锈,强度降低损坏,水汽侵入避雷器空腔内引起氧化锌电阻片受潮,侧面绝缘釉层性能下降后短路击穿。然后通过对受潮氧化锌电阻片进行干燥处理和敲除侧面绝缘釉处理,进一步验证了是氧化锌电阻片侧面绝缘釉短路导致泄漏电流增大。局部氧化锌电阻片侧面绝缘釉层短路击穿后,

金属氧化物避雷器是配电网中重要的组成元件,对其进行带电检测,以诊断其可能存在的缺陷,对保证电力系统的安全稳定运行有重要意义。目前红外测温技术是避雷器带电检测的主流方法之一,而掌握避雷器的温升特性是该技术的基础。鉴于此,文中研究了配网无间隙氧化锌避雷器的温升特性。文中分别选取不同老化、受潮程度的样品进行了对比试验,探究不同老化程度以及不同阻性电流下氧化锌避雷器的温升情况。试验发现避雷器承受的电压越高,阻性电流越大,温度上升越快。避雷器温升和阻性电流呈现良好的二次函数拟合关系。试验结果和拟合曲线均得出 ...
