甲苯二胺生产废水具有强毒性、难降解、高污染特征,含硝基苯类、甲苯二胺、高浓度氨氮等污染物,对生态环境、人体健康及生产安全构成多维度威胁。为实现该类废水达标排放,以某甲苯二胺生产企业废水为研究对象,采用“两级低温沉降-调节池-低温湿式催化氧化-水解酸化-两级A/O”组合工艺进行处理。通过工程设计与实际运行监测,结果表明:两级低温沉降对硝基苯类物质回收率达88%,湿式催化氧化工段COD去除率87.5%,最终经生化系统深度处理后,出水COD、氨氮、硝基苯、苯胺浓度分别降至78mg/L、9mg/L、0.6mg ...
