一种轻钢龙骨装配式复合墙板的防水性能试验研究

本文聚焦一种具有横向企口构造的轻钢龙骨装配式复合墙板,展开防水性能试验研究。首先设计足尺试件,开展风压下淋水试验,参照相关标准采用稳定加压法,模拟不同风荷载与风雨共同作用,运用目测法、化学试纸法观测墙体本身水密性;之后针对不同企口间隙的墙板进行淋水试验,运用目测法、化学试纸法和红外热成像法观测横缝渗漏情况。试验结果显示:该复合墙板水密性能优良,水密性能指标达3 000 Pa,满足相关标准要求;横缝间隙影响墙面渗漏,间隙宜控制在2 mm以下;红外热成像检测法能有效判断墙板拼缝是否渗漏 ...

圆钢管掺镍铁渣再生混凝土柱抗震性能及恢复力模型研究

为实现建筑和工业废弃物的再利用,采用镍铁渣部分替代水泥、再生粗骨料替代天然骨料制备镍铁渣再生混凝土(RFC)。进一步,将RFC填入圆钢管中形成钢管掺镍铁渣再生混凝土(RFCFST)柱。对11根RFCFST柱进行水平低周往复抗震性能试验。试验变量包括再生骨料替换率、轴压比、约束水平和剪跨比。试验结果表明,RFCFST柱的破坏模式与传统钢管混凝土柱相似。P-Δ效应会显著降低柱的抗侧能力和变形能力,尤其是在高轴压比和高剪跨比情况。骨料取代率对RFCFST柱的承载力、变形能力和耗能能力几乎无影响 ...
