早期削痂复合皮混合移植治疗颜面部深度烧伤

【目的】探讨颜面部深度烧伤创面早期削痂复合皮混合移植的治疗方法及效果。【方法】对19例颜面部深度烧伤患者在伤后1d内行削痂术，同时一期混合移植异体脱细胞真皮基质和大张自体刃厚皮片。术后10～12d打开敷料．观察植皮效果，随访3月～24月。【结果】本组患者复合皮移植成活率90％，少部分移植的表皮出现水疱，经水胶体敷料覆盖3～5d后即可愈合。随访移植后面部皮肤外观丰满，弹性好，表情丰富，远期效果满意。【结论】面部深度烧伤创面早期削痂复合皮混合移植可以取得满意效果。
