脱硫废水中残留的水质稳定剂是影响其回用的重要因素。选用ClO2为氧化剂,PAC为絮凝剂,以TP、OP去除率为指标,研究了二氧化氯投加量、PAC投加量、氧化时间、pH和温度对水中两种常见水质稳定剂(PBTCA、HEDP)去除效果的影响。结果表明,当二氧化氯投加量为9 mg/L,PAC投加量为180 mg/L,pH为7.5,温度为40℃,氧化时间为1 h时,水质稳定剂的去除效果最佳;PBTCA比HEDP更易被二氧化氯氧化降解。

本文介绍循环冷却水水质稳定剂HPDP 的合成实验结果及其性能评定。结果表明:(1)HPDP对Ca2+具有很高的容忍度;(2)HPDP 能与其它水质稳定剂较好地复配使用;(3)静态下对Zn2+有较好的分散能力。
