为满足12 kV柱上真空断路器快速投切的性能指标,在传统弹簧机构的基础上提出一种永磁电磁铁,介绍了其主要结构,并根据铁心运动过程的不同分析对应脱扣与复位过程的动作机理。利用有限元仿真法对不同过程下电磁铁的动作特性进行仿真计算,分析不同线圈电流、永磁力、电磁力以及行程等参数变化情况,最后进行了柱上真空断路器的固分时间测试。试验结果与仿真相符,在满足国家标准要求的情况下,试验样机能够实现在15~20 ms内完成脱扣动作,所设计的复位线圈能够实现电磁铁的可靠复位。

永磁电机操动机构具有控制简单灵活的优点,同时也有分合闸时间较长、容易振动产生噪声等缺点,因此需要对电机进行优化设计。通常对电机参数优化需要进行大量的有限元仿真计算,耗费大量的时间和计算机资源。针对以上问题,为了降低断路器的分合闸时间和减小电机的振动,同时可以快速对电机进行优化设计,文中首先建立了永磁电机的仿真模型,基于中心复合实验的方法积累样本,然后以极弧系数、永磁体厚度、定子槽口宽度、气隙长度为输入参数,分合闸时间和齿槽转矩作为输出参数训练BP神经网络模型 ...
