本发明涉及受污染海水环境的生物修复技术,是一种“海绵—微藻”集成系统净化养殖污水的方法,1)首先在工厂化养殖废水中接种海洋饵料微藻,生物转化海水中无机N、P盐为微藻生物量;2)接种微藻3-24小时后,然后将海绵放到微藻生物量增加的养殖废水池中,滤食微藻;利用“海绵 —微藻”集成系统清除养殖海水中无机N、P盐,并转化为微藻和海绵生物量,使污染水体得到净化。本发明利用生物转化的方法,间接清除养殖海水中过量的无机N、P盐,减轻环境压力;同时增加海绵自身生物量。具有广泛的应用前景 ...
