好氧颗粒污泥耐受高碳氮负荷的生物学机制研究

在4 L反应器中,以好氧颗粒污泥为接种污泥,扩大培养了具有良好去除碳氮能力的好氧颗粒污泥。整个实验采用批次进水的方式运行,以补加葡萄糖和硫酸铵的猪场废水为基质,通过调节进水负荷、曝气量和沉降时间等条件,成功获得了成熟的好氧颗粒污泥。COD和NH4+-N去除率分别稳定在97%和85%左右。   首先,通过不断提高进水碳氮负荷,研究了好氧颗粒污泥同时耐受高碳氮负荷的能力。本实验培养出的好氧颗粒污泥呈黄褐色,近似椭球状,其表面凹凸不平,这种结构增加了好氧颗粒污泥的表面积。好氧颗粒污泥密度约为1.009g·ml-
