, 2012 采用共沉淀法制备了CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2甲醇水蒸气重整制氢催化剂,探讨了沉淀温度对催化剂活性和CO选择性的影响,并采用N2吸附-脱附、X射线衍射、程序升温还原和N2O滴定等手段对催化剂进行了表征.结果表明,沉淀温度对CuO/ZnO/CeO2/ZrO2催化剂结构和性质的影响很大.当沉淀温度为60°C时,所得催化剂的性能最佳.与工业催化剂相比,以CeZr取代Al2O3为载体,可大幅度提高催化剂低温活性,有效抑制CO的生成,简化了后续CO的处理过程 ...
