Environmental DNA, Volume 7, Issue 4, July–August 2025.This study evaluates the effectiveness of three environmental DNA sampling approaches–water eDNA, air eDNA, and leech‐derived iDNA–for surveying vertebrate diversity in the Gaoligong Mountains of southwest China. Shuitu Baochi Xuebao, 2004 金沙江干热河谷元谋盆地冲沟发育，冲沟侵蚀蚕食耕地、最终形成侵蚀劣地，对土地资源危害很大。根据对9条冲沟17个沟头连续3年的观测与调查资料。分析了元谋盆地土地利用／土地覆盖对冲沟侵蚀的影响，包括冲沟集水区不同土地利用方式、植被群落结构对冲沟溯源侵蚀的影响和沟底植被覆盖度对冲沟溯源侵蚀的影响。

Zhongguo shiyan zhenduanxue, 2007 目的调查我院临床分离的阴沟肠杆菌耐药性变化特点,为临床合理使用抗菌药物提供依据。方法菌株鉴定采用Vitek-AMS鉴定,药敏试验采用纸片扩散法。结果阴沟肠杆菌对头孢菌素类、喹诺酮类等多种抗菌药物呈现耐药性增高。对头孢他啶与头孢噻肟的不敏感率为45.3%及52.9%。头孢吡肟、亚胺培南,仍然对阴沟肠杆菌保持较高活性。结论阴沟肠杆菌已呈现出多重耐药性,因此临床应有效地合理选择使用抗生素。
