油田储量是制定油田开发方案的最重要依据之一.文献曾对简化的双重介质模型(即在方程组（1）中设孔隙渗透率k1=0)建立了利用油井初期生产的量测数据去适定地估算油田面积的理论和方法.在那里假定了储层参数（即方程的系数）已知.本文将把文的理论和方法推广到未加简化的情况,得到了储量估算.而且我们将会看到,如果人们关心的是油田储量:（c1φ1+c2φ2）|Ω|,而不是油田面积时,假定储层参数已知是不必要的.
