野生动物学报, 2008 自2006年起,我国业已开展了21a的国际狩猎活动被停止了2a。作为野生动物资源的合理利用方式,狩猎活动的停止对野生动物保护造成了负面影响。本文基于对德国狩猎管理工作的实地考察基础上,较为系统地介绍了该国狩猎活动开展现状;并从法律法规、狩猎资格管理制度、狩猎权管理规定、狩猎额度管理制度、野生动物福利规定等方面,探析了德国狩猎管理现状。本研究有助于为我国重新开展狩猎活动,并将狩猎活动趋于有序化和制度化提供科学依据。

Zhejiang Daxue xuebao. Lixue ban, 2002 采用Percoll密度梯度离心等技术,对处于两种不同活性状态的草鱼头肾和腹腔巨噬细胞(Macrophage, Mϕ)进行了分离纯化,并对两者的生理生化代谢作了比较分析.证实活化Mϕ的体积增大, , H2O2,ACP活性和RNA、蛋白质含量显著升高,吞噬杀菌力明显增强,5′ND活性显著下降,这些变化规律与高等脊椎动物Mϕ相一致,说明鱼类和高等脊椎动物Mϕ存在相同的活化机制., H2O2, ACP, RNA,蛋白质和5′ND活性和含量以及吞噬杀菌力均可作为反映鱼类Mϕ活性水平的生理生化指标.
