根据IEC60—2及GB/T16927.2标准的要求,介绍了用于冲击测量系统比对试验用的300kV标准测量系统。在100kV冲击全波、截波下比对测量的不确定度结果可溯源到PTB的300kV标准测量系统的不确定度;同时给出了其实验阶跃响应参数。结果表明该标准测量系统的性能满足上述标准的要求,可作为国内开展冲击电压比对测量传递用的标准测量系统。
