针对目前国内石油钻杆加厚段测量手段不足、测量方法粗糙、测量精度低和效率不高的现状,研究了一种新的石油钻杆加厚段参数测量装置。该装置靠测量桥板接触指定被测母线进行测量,通过桥板中内置的倾角传感器和拉绳位移传感器得到被测母线上一系列轮廓点的原始测量数据,经过相应公式转换得到这些点的坐标信息。利用这些坐标信息即可描绘出到被测件的内轮廓,根据理想轮廓模型,对实测数据进行处理,可给出评定结果。试验结果表明,新装置的测量精度高,结果可靠,重复性好,可满足一般钻杆的测量要求。
