抽油杆直线度摄像测量方法与系统

直线度是机械加工中重要的测量参数,抽油杆直线度直接关系到其产品质量,但一直没有较好的测量手段。为此,提出一种基于阵列摄像的机器视觉测量方法。测量系统通过采集抽油杆的边缘轮廓图像,进行形态学的图像处理,得到一段抽油杆表面轮廓直线,通过激光线条提供直线基准,与20台相机测量的轮廓线比对,获得10 m抽油杆的全长直线度。测量系统通过旋转抽油杆,获得多个圆周方向上的直线度,其测量精度为0.5 mm/m,测量速度为2根/min,可实现非接触、高精度的快速直线度测量。

旋转磁场强度测量方式研究

为精确旋转磁场强度的测量结果,文中利用有限元仿真软件建立三维电磁场模型,比较了两种主要磁场的测量方法,即H线圈和罗氏线圈的测量误差,得出H线圈测量结果更加准确的结论并对此作出解释。在此基础上,研究了H线圈的测量距离与测量误差的关系,并将研究结果应用至试验过程中,减小了实际测量结果的误差。

基于差压传感器的绝缘油含气量测量技术

绝缘油中含气量测定是GB/T 7595—2008规定的变压器绝缘油质量的一个常规检测项目,传统的真空差压法和二氧化碳洗脱法存在测定过程复杂、精度低、人为因素多、不便于自动化检测等缺点。笔者详细阐述了一种依据理想气体状态方程、应用差压传感器来测量和标定绝缘油中含气量的方法,并且给出了测量需要的环境温度、大气压和气体压强等测量电路。结果表明,所提供的技术原理正确,方案可行,测量精度高,操作简单,便于自动化测量。
