面向海洋油气田前期开发方案的设计、评估与培训,研究基于 ACP 理论方法的平行海上油气田系统。首先采用建筑信息模型(BIM)技术建立多层次数字模型,基于我国南海多个开发案例创建人工海上油气田系统;其次,在传统 ACP 框架中引入基于案例的推理(CBR)技术,丰富了实际系统与人工系统间交互的方式。基于BIM和CBR所开发的平行海上油气田系统,为海洋油气田前期开发方案的设计评估提供快速、准确的三维可视化支持,为企业提供了智能化工程数据累积平台。

海上油气田生产设施安全防范系统探索

为了确保海上油田生产安全,应对外力破坏油气田设施的事故,对海上油气田生产设施安全防范系统进行了研究。在介绍与海上生产设施安全生产相关的法律法规的基础上,分析了海上生产设施安全防范的主要方法——AIS系统和雷达/ARPA系统,并比较了他们的优缺点;以单个平台和船舶不同的相对位置关系为例,分析了AIS系统在海上平台防碰工作中的工作流程。海上油气田生产设施安全防范系统采用多重探测识别手段对生产设施进行立体监测,覆盖了设施所有的重点侵入位置及重要设备区域,功能基本达到预期,收到了监控、预警效果。

海上稠油砂岩油藏油水合理推进速度试验研究

纵向非均质性严重的海上稠油砂岩油藏普遍存在的层间矛盾突出问题,将导致油井含水上升速度加快、油层过早水淹、产量严重递减和水驱采收率降低,严重影响油田的高效开发。鉴于此,开展了不同驱替方式下高、低渗岩心水驱油试验。试验根据渤海SZ36-1油田地质和开发特点,以高、低渗岩心见水时间相等为评价标准,通过3种方案展开研究。试验结果表明,海上稠油油藏分注合采时,不同的注水方式得出的采收率相差较大;在设计海上稠油油藏各层的注采压差时应考虑储层的非线性渗流特征、渗透率和孔隙度的差异,以保持油水前缘尽可能均匀推进。

渤海典型油品短期风化过程的实验研究

针对海上溢油的短期风化过程,选取目前渤海区域油田主要生产的5种典型的油品进行了短期风化过程的实验分析,以探讨蒸发、乳化和沉潜作用对油品的具体影响。实验结果显示,油膜厚度、风速和温度显著影响蒸发过程,而乳化物的形成及其稳定性则与胶质和沥青质的含量紧密相关。蒸发过程主要引发油品密度的变化,乳化过程则对油品的密度和黏度均造成显著影响。特别值得注意的是,在高温区间内,温度对蒸发率的影响相对减弱,且船舶燃油和10号柴油的蒸发率对风速的变化表现出更高的敏感性。此外,低黏度油品的沉潜过程主要受小粒径悬浮颗粒物的影响 ...
