Zhongshan Daxue xuebao. Yixue kexue ban, 1990 对24例男性活动性十二指肠溃疡（DU）和9例胃溃疡（GU）患者进行了血浆睾酮（T）、雌二醇（E2）、孕酮（P）和血清胃泌素浓度测定。结果表明DU组血浆T浓度明显高于对照组,DU和GU组血浆P浓度均显著低于对照组。对照组血清胃泌素与血浆E2浓度呈负相关,DU组呈正相关,GU组无相关。本研究结果提示性激素紊乱可能是消化性溃疡（PU）的发病因素之一。
