手术室对HBsAg阳性患者的消毒隔离

在我国乙型肝炎病毒感染率高达50～60％,HBsAg阳性患者达一亿左右。由于乙型肝炎病毒主要经血液传播,因此,对HBsAg阳性的病人实施手术时必须进行有效的隔离与消毒,才能预防和减少院内交叉感染的发生。我院手术室通过严密地消毒与隔离,取得了较满意的效果。现将我们采用的消毒方法及体会介绍如下: 方法 1 手术室的所有医护人员均要注射乙肝疫苗。 2 除急症手术者外,手术者在术前常规检测HB-sAg。 3 选择一个手术间作为HBsAg阳性患者专用。
