Huli yanjiu, 2005 [目的]探讨两种消毒方法对手术室的消毒灭菌效果,为临床选择合适有效的手术室消毒方法提供依据。[方法]将10间普通手术室随机分两组,对照组5间常规消毒,观察组5间采用常规消毒加过氧乙酸喷雾消毒,比较两种消毒方法对空气及手术室内常用器械表面的消毒灭菌效果。[结果]两组消毒后空气灭菌率分别为80.4%和94.3%,消毒前后比较均有统计学意义。消毒后对照组空调和吸引器表面灭菌合格低于观察组。[结论]两种消毒方法均有效,在常规消毒基础上增加过氧乙酸喷雾消毒灭菌效果更显著。
