Gaoya dianqi通过利用液压机构各模块高压油泄漏后必将经过回油孔流入到低压油箱的特点，设计监测工装，监测各模块回油孔油位的变化，从而直观快速诊断出内部泄漏的模块，予以针对性的清除。文中通过一起液压机构泄漏故障的诊断验证了此方法的正确与有效性，提高了检修的准确性与效率，为液压机构内部泄漏故障的诊断提供新的思路。
