从FCL看开关技术发展的新生长点——混合式开关设备

限流开断装置(CLID)是断路器本质功能向高层次发展的产物,将有触头开关(或触发间隙)与无触头器件(GTO,超导材料、热敏材料等)、储能元件(L,C)及吸能元件(如ZnO,R)等恰当配置而构成的混合式阻抗转换与调节装置是开关设备发展的必然结果。笔者从剖析几种典型的CLID构成原理入手,对这种趋势作了分析,呼吁开关制造业应加大该类设备研制和开发的力度。

沙漠快速移运钻机固控系统的研制

为满足中东地区温度0~55 ℃、湿度100%的沙漠环境钻井作业要求,研制了在使用油基钻井液条件下能够正常工作的沙漠快速移运钻机固控系统。系统采用独特的罐底设计和清砂结构,满足零排放的要求,储备罐、混合橇采用自背橇式结构,吸入罐和振动筛罐能实现整体快速移运,同时该固控系统还配套了消防系统,满足HSE的要求。试验和现场应用结果表明,该固控系统整体性能良好、搬家快捷、符合HSE规范,完全满足沙漠地区钻井作业需求。

四川王朗自然保护区地被物水源涵养能力评价
