亚洲临床医学杂志, 2020 目的：分析评估甘露消毒丹预防混合痔术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法：将行混合痔外剥削内扎术的 120 例患者随机分为观察组和对照组各 60 例。观察组予以甘露消毒丹预防，对照组采用常规热敷及诱导预防。若两组方案无效，则导尿引流。比较两组患者手术结束到首次排尿时间、首次排尿流速、导尿率及临床疗效。结果：观察组病人首次排尿时间、导尿率小于对照组（P均＜ 0.05），首次排尿尿速、总有效率观察组优于对照组（P 均＜ 0.05）。结论：中药甘露消毒丹可有效预防混合痔术后尿潴留，不但降低患者导尿率 ...
