Dianci bileiqi, 2022 对积污绝缘子进行清洗可有效避免污闪事故，本研究采用1 064 nm脉冲激光清洗玻璃绝缘子污秽。分析激光辐照引起的温升和热应力，并与污秽层和基底材料之间的黏附力作比较，得出清洗的判据。建立激光清洗玻璃绝缘子的温度-应力耦合的有限元计算模型，分析不同能量密度和不同扫描速度下，温度场和热应力场分布规律，同时考虑对基底材料的损伤特性，得出有效清洗污秽的参数区间。通过数值模拟发现，扫描速度与污秽-玻璃接触面的应力值呈负相关，激光能量密度则与之呈正相关。开展了激光清洗污秽层的试验研究，结果表明激光功率密度为0.38
