光纤复合架空地线(OPGW)的断股严重影响着电力系统的安全稳定性,为了研究雷电流对OPGW断股的影响,应用COMSOL Multiphysics对雷击点局部温度进行仿真,对连续雷电流B、C分量的作用下与多重雷电流A、B、C分量的作用下进行OPGW断股特性分析。结果表明:转移电荷量的大小是决定断股的主要原因。多重雷电流A、B、C分量作用产生温度与断股损伤程度均高于连续雷电流B、C分量的作用。先导雷电流分量越多,作用在OPGW表面遗留的载流子越多,转化的温度越高 ...

绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸与溶菌酶相互作用的荧光光谱法研究

用荧光光谱法研究了绿原酸、新绿原酸、隐绿原酸与溶菌酶之间的相互作用。绿原酸(cA)、新绿原酸(NcA)、隐绿原酸(CCA)均能显著焊灭溶菌酶的内源荧光并以静态焯灭为主;随着温度的升高其结合常数和结合位点均呈现降低的趋势。根据热力学参数判断确定CA与LYSO之间以疏水作用力为主,NCA与LYSO之间以氢键和范德华力为主,CCA与LYSO之间以静电作用力为主。
