激光冲击强化对NiTi形状记忆合金热力学性质及微结构的影响 [PDF]

采用多物理场短瞬时同步测量的LSP实验平台,研究了LSP作用后Nri形状记忆合金的马氏体相变行为、表面硬度、LSP影响层深度以及微结构的变化。NiTi合金的马氏体相变行为通过差示扫描热分析仪DSC进行研究,结果发现Nri合金的相变温度没有发生明显的变化,表明LSP后NiTi合金能够保留其优异的形状记忆效应和超弹性性能。LSP后NiTi合金表面硬度则通过显微硬度计进行测量,结果发现LSP后表面硬度得到提高,且随着激光功率密度的增加,表面硬度提高的幅值增大 ...
