户外设备长期工作在高温高湿、低温高湿等情况下,极易形成凝露,危害电路设备的正常运行。针对上述现象,文中在人工环境气候室内搭建了真型开关柜凝露试验系统,记录了不同温差及相对湿度条件下凝露形成时间,并测量了未形成凝露时的柜体内壁温度。结果表明:凝露形成时间是由温差和相对湿度共同影响的,当相对湿度不变时,温差越大,凝露形成时间越短;而当温差不变时,相对湿度越高,凝露形成时间也越短;并且,形成凝露的露点温度始终高于物体表面温度。最后,提出可通过减小温差 ...
