Jianzhu Gangjiegou Jinzhan, 2012 分析钢结构温度效应和确定施工合拢温度关键在于确定温度场的分布。在日照下,由于钢构件的温度场分布非常复杂和不均匀,而难以确定。基于ASHRAE晴空模型,采用ANSYS的APDL语言对箱型钢构件在夏至日日间的温度场进行了数值模拟,模拟中考虑了太阳辐射强度、对流换热系数、构件表面太阳辐射吸收系数等对构件温度场的影响。结果表明:夏至日构件最高温度高达78.411℃,最大升温高达44.803℃;太阳辐射强度、对流换热系数和构件表面太阳辐射吸收系数对日照下的箱型钢构件温度场的影响起主导作用。

Gaoya dianqi, 2009 高压隔离开关处于高电压、大电流、强磁场的工作环境,针对其触头温度难以测量并严重影响供电可靠性的问题,笔者在分析红外测温基本原理的基础上,提出了基于红外温度传感器的高压隔离开关触头温度在线监测方案,设计了温度检测硬件电路,开发了温度检测软件,研制了基于局域网络的温度在线监测系统。实验结果表明:触头温度测量准确,数据传输实时性好,系统运行稳定可靠。

Dianci bileiqi, 2013 试验研究了国内4种电除尘器绝缘子的瓷材料从常温至500℃高温的弯曲强度。结果表明,在500℃以下它们的弯曲强度没有明显变化。因而,采用瓷材料的常温强度来设计工作温度500℃以下的绝缘子是可以的,用常温强度试验代替绝缘子高温强度试验也是可行的。
