为探究芝麻籽粒萌育过程中含氮物质的变化,采用去离子水、0.5%氯化钙溶液、1%氯化钙溶液对芝麻籽粒浸泡30 min,然后在30 ℃下进行萌育处理,测定芝麻籽粒萌育0~72 h 期间粗蛋白质、可溶性蛋白质、游离氨基酸、蛋白质水解度以及蛋白质分子质量的变化。结果表明:萌育过程中,粗蛋白质含量先减少后增加再减少;可溶性蛋白质含量在0~4 h略微增加,随后下降,72 h时降低了约25%,3种浸种处理方式变化趋势一致;游离氨基酸含量和蛋白质水解度逐渐增大,3种浸种处理方式游离氨基酸含量有显著性差异;SDS ...

游离氨在高含氮废水生物法处理中的作用及其研究进展

高含氮有机废水如动物养殖场排出液、垃圾渗滤液、消化污泥脱水液等是目前较难处理的废水种类之一,生物法是目前最常用的处理方法,但还存在诸多问题。介绍了游离氨(FA)在此类废水处理中所起的主要作用,概括了利用游离氨对氨氧化菌和亚硝酸盐氧化菌的活性抑制差异性实现亚硝酸型硝化的相关研究,指出游离氨的选择性抑制作用为解决此类废水处理难题呈现出了积极的另一面。
