Fushe yanjiu yu fushe gongyi xuebao本研究以沅江芦笋加工副产物笋壳为原料，探讨了脱盐处理、辐照处理和有机酸催化对其水热制备低聚木糖的影响，并以低聚木糖转化率为指标、浸泡脱盐3次沅江芦笋笋壳为原料、乙酸浓度（v/v）、吸收剂量、水热处理温度和时间为因素，开展四因素三水平的正交实验优化低聚木糖的制备工艺。实验结果表明：浸泡脱盐3次能够将沅江芦笋笋壳食盐含量降低至1.48%，木聚糖含量提高至17.34%，经180 ℃水热处理30 min，低聚木糖转化率达55.18%。正交试验优化获得低聚木糖的制备工艺为：乙酸浓度0.2%（v/v ...

Fushe yanjiu yu fushe gongyi xuebao采用60Co γ辐照和丁酸梭菌发酵等方法处理克氏原鳌虾副产物。研究了不同的吸收剂量处理对克氏原鳌虾副产物杀菌效果和对其粗蛋白、粗脂肪等大分子降解效果的影响，不同克氏原鳌虾副产物添加量对菌株生长和丁酸、乙酸产量的影响，以及辐照和发酵协同作用对克氏原鳌虾副产物成分的影响。结果表明，当吸收剂量达到8.23 kGy时，可以杀灭克氏原鳌虾副产物中的腐败及致病微生物；辐照样品中氨基酸、总养分、寡肽等物质含量显著高于对照（p<0.05）；当葡萄糖质量浓度为25 g/L、克氏原鳌虾副产物质量浓度为30 g/L时，
