野生动物学报, 2013 吉林省湿地资源具有类型多、分布广,区域特性强,生物多样性丰富的特点。为保护好这些资源,本文对吉林省湿地保护管理情况进行了详细的分析。现阶段已完成吉林省湿地保护十年规划、建立了湿地保护法规制度体系、湿地保护管理体系基本形成、管理机构基本健全、基础工作逐步加强、大力推进湿地保护与恢复工程建设、资源合理利用成就显著、广泛开展了湿地宣传教育与国际合作等成绩,但也存在对湿地保护认识不足、资金投入不足、湿地缺水、湿地破坏严重等问题,相应地提出了湿地保护管理的一些建议。
