野生动物学报, 1997 本文在分析中国湿地保护与合理利用现状和发展的基础上，对中国湿地监测的目的、监测范围、监测本底、技术思路及监测网络等问题进行了初步探讨。认为中国湿地监测的范围应是《湿地公约》定义的湿地；本底是正在进行的全国湿地资源调查；对湿地监测采用的手段为３Ｓ技术；监测内容将包括７个方面，并至少有５个监测技术指标；核算管理系统包括省级和国家级；成果汇总，重点湿地监测每年一次，综合监测每五年一次。
