Lack of species information complicates understanding climate change vulnerability, but life history traits can be proxies for missing information. 基于多模光纤对芯熔接的全光纤温度传感器

传统SMS结构的光纤传感器具有模式单一、损耗较大的问题而导致温度灵敏度较低,文中采用单模—多模—多模—多模—单模结构的新型光纤马赫—曾德尔干涉传感器,对原有结构进行了改进。大芯径多模光纤与两端的单模光纤耦合,实现光的分束和合束,同时将大芯径多模光纤与小芯径多模光纤(MMF2)熔接,使高阶模与基模分别进入小芯径多模光纤包层与纤芯进行传输从而产生相位差,最终形成对温度敏感的模式干涉,理论分析了该结构的温度敏感特性。采用MMF2长度分别为8 mm和12 mm的两种该结构传感器,温度灵敏度均能提高到80 pm/℃

本发明涉及细菌内毒素的检测,具体地说是测定鲎试剂灵敏度的方法,其特征在于:1)采用3-6个浓度的标准内毒素,在内毒素测定仪上,对不同灵敏度的标准鲎试剂进行试验,将其反应时间的对数与内毒素浓度的对数做线性回归,得到相应的不同灵敏度的标准曲线,作为判断的依据;2)待测灵敏度的鲎试剂,与1~6个浓度的标准内毒素反应,在相应的反应时间或溶液的吸光度条件下,利用标准曲线分别计算内毒素浓度及内毒素的回收率,根据回收率在75-120%之内的标准曲线所对应的灵敏度,确定为待测鲎试剂的灵敏度。本发明的优点是快速、准确 ...

液滴面积法用于绝缘材料憎水性表征的适应性撤回

提高绝缘子憎水性等级判定的准确性可精确复合绝缘子的老化水平。分析接触角、液滴体积和液体参数对液滴面积和液滴面积法灵敏度的影响,得出了随着接触角增加液滴面积和其灵敏度下降,随液滴体积、液体参数的增加液滴面积和灵敏度均增大的规律。总结了水在常见体积下的水珠面积法与接触角的对应关系,表明了接触角过大时液滴面积变化非常小,灵敏度大大下降,面积法应用在材料表面接触角小于临界接触角的情况下。采用不同的绝缘材料实测了液滴面积和接触角,验证了测量结果的可靠性。
