Calculating thermodynamic properties of chain-like molecular fluid mixtures from prediction model(链状分子流体混合物热力学性质的预测模型)

本文在张秉坚[1]改进Barker-Henderson微扰理论的基础上,将理论推广应用到链状分子流体混合物热力学性质的计算.推导过程中采用了Wertheim[2]等人的链成键理论和类似Hino-Prausnitz[3]的流体混合法则,导出了链状方阱势分子流体混合物热力学性质的解析表达式.能够计算热力学一致的Helmhotz自由能、压缩因子、内能和恒容热容.计算结果与文献计算机模拟值吻合良好.

本文采用旋转异构态模型,对聚亚甲基链受到无相变的弹性形变后的热力学性质进行研究,计算出在不同形变时聚亚甲基链体系的自由能、内能等热力学函数,同时还分析了应力与弹性形变的关系以及内能对弹性形变的贡献.

Study on the thermodynamic properties of two-dimensional proteins(二维蛋白质分子的热力学性质研究)

采用二维正方形格点模型,用完全计算法研究了蛋白质分子的热力学性质.发现体系的配分函数Z与链长N存在关系:lnZ=aN+b,其中a,b仅与温度、相互作用有关.总简并度g0(m)与链长N存在关系:g0(m)=a·γN,其中a=0.09,γ=2.72.同时计算了蛋白质分子在自然状态构象间的平均距离,发现当链长N较大时,平均距离趋于1.67.这为研究真实蛋白质分子的热力学性质提供了一种模型和方法.

在q形变费米-狄拉克分布函数的基础上,研究了相对论q形变理想费米气体的低温热力学统计性质,得到了一些重要热力学量例如费米能,基态能,化学势,总能和热容量的解析表达式,揭示了q形变参数和相对论对系统性质的影响.结果表明:q形变导致了一些与正常的系统不同的新奇特性,另外,相对论费米系统的性质与非相对论系统的性质明显不同.
