金属封闭开关设备内部发生短路燃弧故障时,电弧烧蚀金属材料生成的金属蒸气是影响热—力效应的重要因素之一,但目前仍缺乏金属烧蚀量对热—力效应影响的定量研究。基于磁流体动力学(MHD)理论与金属蒸气的质量浓度方程,建立了考虑金属烧蚀的短路电弧数学模型,并在计算模型内部放置带孔金属板,通过改变金属板孔径大小控制金属烧蚀量,以定量评估金属烧蚀量对封闭容器内部短路燃弧产生的热—力效应的影响。结果表明:铜、铁金属板孔径越小,金属烧蚀量越大,封闭容器内压力升与最高温升越低;相同孔径下,铜金属板蒸发质量高于铁金属板 ...
